Cancellation policies and no-shows
A no-refund policy applies to ALL services at 313 Fitness.
313 Fitness does not offer reimbursements/holds of Covid 19 related absences.
Adults & Children Martial Arts memberships.
To cancel your membership, please follow the link to begin your cancellation process.
To modify or cancel your membership we require 1 Full Calendar Month notice to action your request.
If an ex-member wishes to rejoin and start a new membership, the joining fee will apply on upon re-activating their membership. This applies to both children & adults
PERSONAL TRAINING PACKAGES
24-hour notice is required for cancellation of a personal training session.
Failure to cancel in time will result in the loss of the full session.
3 consecutive cancellations (with or without notice) will incur the deduction of 1 session.
PUBLIC HoLIDAYS & BANK HOLIDAYS
We may be closed or run a reduced timetable during public/bank holidays.
