BALLET
What you can expect
Our classes develop strength, movement, coordination, control and performance in girls from the age of 3.Taught by qualified ballet instructors, the girl's ballet class is uniquely designed as an important stepping stone for girls to gain the confidence to move into our martial arts programmes with ease.
Establishing a firm foundation, our classes are taught without music and instead, use claps, clicks, numbers and storytelling as teaching aids.

BOXING
What you can expect
Our children’s boxing classes are suitable for ages 5-15yrs with separate classes for boys and girls.Our experienced coaches focus on developing, discipline, coordination, balance and strength for every student.
Class Overview
Each class covers basic fitness, fundamental boxing techniques, drills and footwork movement exercises.

JIU JITSU
What you can expect
Our kids Jiu-Jitsu classes are suitable for boys and girls from ages 4-6yrs. Then Boys only classes from ages 7-15yrs.
Each class will involve an element of fitness, self-defence and fundamental jui-jitsu movements and techniques.
Beginners start with a white belt and are graded every 6 to 8 months enabling them to progress to higher ranked belts.We welcome complete beginners as well as those who have trained before and always recommend booking a free taster session before committing to a full membership.

KARATE
What is Karate?
Karate, translated as “Empty Hand” is predominantly a striking art using punching, kicking, knee strikes, elbow strikes and open-hand techniques in addition basic grappling, throws, joint locks, restraints and vital-point strikes are also taught.
What you can expectOur black belt instructors, being experienced in coaching children of all ages, are always looking to bring out the best of each students abilities.
Classes are suitable for boys & girls ages from 5-14yrs. We welcome complete beginners & for those who are unsure we would highly recommend a free taster session before committing to a full membership.

MUAY THAI
What to expect
Our muay thai classes aim to teach the fundamentals of muay thai while developing coordination, strength, balance and fitness.Our experienced coaching team have the knowledge and know-how to getting the best out of each student. Classes are mixed abilities for ages 8-14 with separate classes for boys & girls.
Class Overview
Each session, students are coached through a warm-up exercise, padwork drills and technical sparring.

WRESTLING
What you can expect
Our wrestling class is suitable for boys ages 4-12 yrs and perfect to help develop, coordination, balance and fitness.
Class OverviewA typical session will focus on the fundamentals of wrestling takedowns and defences as well as working partnered-drills and exercises.

YOUR CHILD’S SAFETY IS PARAMOUNT
Due to health and safety protocols, parents are not allowed to remain in the class area once a session has started. Parents are welcome to remain on premises in the café on the ground floor.
