ABOUT OUR classES
All our classes start with a warmup and mobility exercises geared towards the techniques and drills to be covered in the class. this is then followed by live sparring to enable students to practice those drills covered.
If you’ve a complete beginner, we’d recommend you to first take part in our beginners Muay Thai and BJJ classes to first learn the foundations required for MMA.
equipment
For all classes you must bring your own MMA sparring gloves(8oz), shin pads, & gum shield.
We strongly advise wearing proper MMA attire such as a rash-guard, spats and MMA shorts.
All of which can purchased in club at reception.
(For the safety of all members, please ensure your fingernails and toenails are short)
