OUR STORY

From the start, 313 Fitness was founded from passion. Passion for fitness, community and delivering high-impact services to raise the game for everyone.

Back in 2012, 313 began as a studio founded by Imran Khan and is now a 2-family run venture with a wide range of highly qualified expert instructors across diverse fields. With a background in mixed martial arts and professional sports, our team came together to provide fitness services to cater for the diverse needs of the clientele we are proud to serve.

Today we thrive as a bustling multi-story fitness centre with dedicated classes and services taking place in immaculate custom-built facilities. We enjoy use of a roof terrace, therapy room, climbing wall and a health bar to provide a holistic and comprehensive experience of what it means to live well, and live strong.

We strive for excellence in all we do, focusing on innovative solutions to serve our clients better, regularly upgrading equipment and always striving to improve facilities so we always stay ahead of the curve. Our perseverance and dedication through the years has allowed us the privilege of being recognised as a trusted brand and leader of best-practice in the fitness community.

For us, our clients and staff remain at the heart of what we do. We are proud to foster a unique environment that is safe, inclusive and supportive for all. Our open and non-judgmental atmosphere offers ladies-only classes and one-to-one services for everybody’s comfort. Whether you are a seasoned professional fighter or a nervous first-time bootcamper, our dedicated classes mean there is something for men, women and children, no matter your fitness level or background.

At 313 we believe that together, we are stronger. Join our supportive community to experience the power of striving for greatness, from the inside out.
