Imran is a REPs Level 3 Qualified Personal Trainer and comes from a background as a Semi Professional Footballer and has over 15 years Experience in various martial arts, these include boxing, kickboxing, wrestling and grappling as well as managing and coaching amateur and professional MMA fighters. He currently holds the rank of purple belt in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu and has qualified level 1 & 2 wrestling coach, along with a number of various enhanced fitness qualifications
Tanat is a REPs Level 3 Qualified Personal Trainer and has gained over 25 years’ experience in various martial arts. He has travelled to Europe, Japan & Thailand, studying under some of the worlds best coaches to better his own martial arts coaching. He holds a 3rd degree black belt in Goju-Ryu Karate and holds the rank of purple belt in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu. Having competed in karate, Muay Thai and MMA, he specialises in Muay Thai Training.
Kevin is a REPs level 3 personal trainer, specialising in boxing training. He has an amateur boxing background spanning over 10 years. With this experience he has the skills to improve clients boxing technique and confidence as well as helping with weight management, strength and conditioning training and postural analysis.
Krishan has been studying marital arts for over 20 years and has been coaching children & adults over 15 years, working with various schools setting up after school projects for the local community. He currently holds 3rd degree black belt in Goju Ryu Karate and enjoys Brazilian Jiu Jitsu.

Zakaria Rashid is a medicine undergraduate at kings college London and holds a first class honours postgraduate degree in physiotherapy, with a commendation (the highest mark in his class) for his final year dissertation. Zakaria specialises in musculoskeletal, cardio respiratory and neurological physiotherapy. Successful amateur footballer with over 15 years of playing experience at a high standard.
Shagufta is REPs Level 3 Qualified Personal Trainer. After completing a master of sciences and working as a ACCA chartered accountant for over 5 years. Shagufta decided to pursue her passion and understanding of nutrition for women’s health and fitness. Highly experienced in running women only and girls only bootcamps and large group fitness classes, as well as one to one Personal Training. She is also curriculum co-ordinator for a sports coaching company, delivering PE and afterschool clubs to primary and secondary children.
Robyn is a REPs Level 3 Personal Trainer. She is well experienced trainer with particular focus on posture and good form.
She is a snowboarder and a keen Brazilian jiu jitsu enthusiasts who also does arial hoop. Outside of 313 Fitness Robyn is also a qualified parkour coach and runs her own parkour coaching business.
A qualified and experienced REPS level 3 Personal Trainer specialising in strength and conditioning. Suzanne is also a qualified and experienced Muay Thai instructor who has also previously competed.
Maria is a REPs Level 3 Qualified Personal Trainer with 10 years experience in Muay Thai and kickboxing. She has trained and competed internationally and is the current UK no3. Maria brings big energy and fun to her sessions as well as the highest level of technical expertise. So whether you're training for fitness or looking to sharpen your skills, Maria will definitely get the very best out of you !
Ballet Instructor Louise has trained in ballet, modern and contemporary dance. After studying medicine Louise worked as a doctor for two years before leaving to pursue a career teaching dance. Louise has a wide range of teaching experience, reaching from pre-schoolers to elderly people in residential homes. She also has an interest in using dance as a therapeutic tool, and facilitates dance with children and adults with learning difficulties. Louise enjoys working with the 313 ballerinas, to develop their potential and love for dance. (Without music.)
