Students can take part in either our Beginners Fundamentals, Mixed General & technical Sparring Muay Thai classes. All start with an intense conditioning workout and then move on to technique drills, partner work, pad work, sparring (on Wednesday), and further conditioning exercises.
If you’ve never trained before then we’d encourage you to come along to the gym and take part in a beginners class.
Many students who train here started with no (or very little) experience so you’ll be fine!
Equally, if you think you are experienced enough to attend an session please get in touch and let us know how much you’ve trained, if you’ve competed etc.
For your first few all you’ll need are shorts and a t-shirt (with no zips and/or buttons on either item) You will need to bring your own gloves(16oz).
As you get more experienced you will need your own hand wraps, gum shield, a head guard, shin/instep pads and possibly a groin guard.
