Imran is a REPs Level 3 Qualified Personal Trainer and comes from a background as a Semi Professional Footballer and has over 10 years Experience in various martial arts, these include boxing, kickboxing, wrestling and grappling as well as managing and coaching amateur and professional MMA fighters. He currently holds the rank of purple belt in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu and has qualified level 1 & 2 wrestling coach, along with a number of various enhanced fitness qualifications.

TANAT TIRAPOSIN

Tanat is a REPs Level 3 Qualified Personal Trainer and has gained over 20 years’ experience in various martial arts. He holds a 3rd degree black belt in Goju-Ryu Karate and holds the rank of blue belt in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu. Having competed in MMA and Muay Thai bouts, he specialises in Muay Thai Training.

KEVIN ODUNIYI

Kevin is a REPs level 3 personal trainer, specialising in boxing training. He has an amateur boxing background spanning over 10 years. With this experience he has the skills to improve clients boxing technique and confidence as well as helping with weight management, strength and conditioning training and postural analysis.

LUKE LOFTERS

Luke coaches the Adults and Childrens 313 BJJ.

Since 2011, Luke has been training in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and currently holds the rank of brown belt. He has medalled both nationally and internationally.

Nasir is a lecturer and researcher in sport science, Strength and Conditioning coach and a level 4 personal trainer involved with a number of professional teams and institutes.
His experience is in athletic performance enhancement.

ZUBAIR HALEEM

Zubair Haleem is currently employed by Royal London Hospital and has also previously worked at Royal Marsden Hospital as a Respiratory Physiotherapist. In the world of professional football Zubair has the following experience:

  • Charlton Athletic FC (Academy Physiotherapist) providing pitch side treatment, preparing and leading a warm up for the team whilst also administering any pre match strapping or taping
  • West Ham United FC (Community Coach)
  • Tottenham Hotspur FC (Observing Youth Academy Physiotherapist)
  • Hanwell Town FC (Assisting Club Physiotherapist)

Zubair, in his recreational, time has played for number of professional football teams such as; West Ham United, Watford and Northampton as a youth. He was on a youth scholarship with Barnet FC in 2006. He also has represented a number of semi-professional clubs over the years as an adult and currently plays for Maldon and Tiptree FC in the Ryman League. 2011 Zubair was voted UK Asian footballer of the year following his performance in the UK Asian Championships.

SHAGUFTA RASHID

Shagufta is REPs Level 3 Qualified Personal Trainer. A masters graduate of sciences she has a strong passion and understanding of nutrition for women’s fitness. She is highly experienced in running women only bootcamps and large group fitness classes, as well as one to one Personal Training.

Shahida is a REPs Level 3 Qualified Personal Trainer. Her specialist skills are in Muay Thai (kickboxing). Shahida has strong passion for strength and conditioning. She is motivated in helping women from all walks of life find their love for fitness.

JAMEELA

Jameela is a REPs Level 3 Qualified Personal Trainer and has a background in security. She is a fully qualified and experienced coach in self-defence and boxing. Jameela has a keen interest in mixed martial arts.

CARA LOUISE HORSELEY

A contemporary dance and ballet teacher, Cara is also the director of her own creative arts in education company (Dance Stables). Cara is a professional in every sense. A dancer from a very young age, she has bought her skills of ballet to 313 fitness. Cara is highly experienced in working with young children and adults of all ages.Cara teaches Girls Ballet for ages 4-11 and ladies ballet fitness. Cara teaches all her classes at 313 fitness without music.
